The Project and Performance Management System is being developed to assist in exercising construction project control. With the aid of a PPMS application, the following project performance measure categories can be tracked: People, Cost, Time, Quality, Safety and Health, Environment etc.

For each of the performance measure categories, performance indicators and their measurements are also established. The monitoring process is automated through the use of the Web technologies and database. Once the data is provided/updated, information is stored and the process of dissemination, as required, can be done.
